MEET THE DOCTORS
Jennifer Jung, OD
After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley, Dr. Jennifer Jung headed to New York City to obtain her doctorate degree at the SUNY College of Optometry. While in school, Dr. Jung had the opportunity to train at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Newington, CT and with ophthalmologists at the Zhejiang Hospital in Hangzhou, China. She went on to complete a Contact Lens Residency at the Southern California College of Optometry where she learned the complexities of fitting specialty contact lenses. Certified in MiSight and Paragon CRT lenses, Dr. Jung is able to help children slow the progression of their myopia, or near-sightedness.
Dr. Jung is a member of the California Optometric Association and the San Francisco Optometric Society.
Outside of work, Dr. Jung enjoys being involved in the community, spending time outdoors, and when the inspiration strikes, testing out new recipes.
Irene Koga, OD
Dr. Irene Koga was born and raised in San Francisco. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a BA in Biology and then returned to her alma mater and graduated from its School of Optometry.
She has been in optometric practice for over 30 years. Dr. Koga provides general optometry and she has a special interest in contact lenses. Membership with the California Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association provides Dr. Koga with continuing education opportunities.

While not at the office, she enjoys participating in line dancing through out the Bay Area, hiking with her family, reading and during the pandemic, has enjoyed doing 1500+ piece jigsaw puzzles with her mother.
